Toll Logistics is the leading third party logistics provider in Australia. Toll implemented (rebranded as TASS) to sequence automotive components to the Ford assembly plant in Melbourne.

In addition to providing the software solution, RT Systems provided the operational training and ISO process documentation for the operation.

Terry's Tire Town is a tire retail and wholesale distributor with 9 retail sites and 3 distribution centers running RTL. RTL helped reduce by 12 hours total labor per truck unloading tires and greatly improved the putaway process using directed putaway logic. Route orders are picked in reverse stop sequence, by location and FIFO, in order to optimize the loading of trucks and minimize labor. (Click to see referenced article)


Carlisle is the world's largest non automotive manufacturer of tires and wheels, producing products for various uses including construction equipment, ATVs, golf carts, and trailers. Using RTL integrated with a multi level conveyor sortation system, Carlisle was able to increase picking rates, reducing the shipping backlog from one week to one day with near zero shipping errors. Penske Logistics is a third party logistics provider that utilizes RTL at numerous dedicated contract logistic facilities that service diverse clients such as General Motors, Ford, Lear, Eaton, KB Homes, and Alcoa. A single customized version of RTL is used at all of these sites with system based configuration parameters built in to provide targeted functionality for each site.


Jack Williams Tire is a retail auto tire distributor with 27 locations in Pennsylvania. Jack Williams implemented RTL and reduced overtime by 15-20 hours per employee (equivalent of 5 people). Employee pick efficiency went from 30 tires per person per hour to 150 while warehouse density saw a 37.5% improvement. Ty, maker and distributor of Beanie Babies utilizes RTL at their distribution center in Bolingbrook, Illinois. RTL manages the reserve stock inventory in this facility, and provides direction to store and replenishment activities.


Android Industries provides just in time sequencing services to automotive OEMs. Android has used SVSi in 6 Plant Locations. Using SVSi Android has been able to reduce errors to less than 6 parts per million (PPM).


Bell & Gossett manufactures commercial pumps for large HVAC applications and residential pumps for hot water heating. RTL provides full finished good inventory control in their 1 million sq. ft. Morton Grove, IL facility.


The NSA utilizes RTL to manage the inventory and distribution of cryptologic material within a Maryland DC located near Ft. George Meade. Each individual item (of over 1 million) in storage includes a unique serial number and is tracked via RF terminal within the facility. Picked items are packed, labeled, and weighed using RTL. The project results were significant savings in manpower, improved product tracking and production control which enabled the agency to participate in a cost saving consolidation of warehousing with the Army, Navy and Air Force.


The SVSi system is installed at the Ft. Wayne assembly plant, providing real time verification of parts loaded into containers which are used in a just in time operation at this site.
