New Projects

CJ's Tire and Automotive Services RT LOCATOR (RTL) will be implemented this Spring at CJ's Tire and Automotive Services, www.cjtire.com, located in Birdsboro, PA, and control all warehouse operations, from receiving through shipping, in a new warehouse facility. RTL will be integrated with CJ's ASA accounting software. CJ's is procuring a narrow aisle storage system, using captive pallets, and RTL will direct turret and reach trucks in store and retrieve activities. This new CJ warehouse facility will serve the needs of 9 company stores and many wholesale clients.

Toll Logistics RT Systems completed the installation of our Sequence Verification System (SVS) system for Toll Logistics, www.toll.com.au, a leading Australian logistics provider. SVS is now installed in a Toll sequencing center providing the just in time parts delivery to the Ford Motor Company assembly plant located in Melbourne. By mid 2008, it is expected that over 15 commodities will be sequenced under SVS control.

ITT Bell & Gossett This long time client recently requested a recently requested a significant amount of enhancements to their RTL system. Located in Morton Grove, IL, ITT Bell & Gossett, www.bellgosset.com, offers commercial pumps for large HVAC applications and residential pumps for hot water heating. RTL controls their finished goods and service parts inventory, and is integrated with their ERP host computer, a carousel controller, and a UPS system.
